Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and RVRBN, the company that operates Astra Atlas (the service). By using Astra Atlas you agree to them. Please read them. This is a plain language draft, written to be honest and clear.

1. What Astra Atlas is

Astra Atlas draws a personal map of the Earth from your birth moment, computed from real astronomical data, and offers readings across five traditions. It is for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, financial, legal, or life advice, and it does not predict the future or tell you what to do. See our disclaimer for the full statement.

2. You must be 18 or older

Astra Atlas is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make a purchase, or use the service. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information. Tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Purchases

Everything Astra Atlas sells is a one time purchase. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Prices are shown before you buy. Payments are handled by Stripe. When your payment succeeds we unlock the report or upgrade you bought, and it is yours to keep. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service if you are under 18.
• Break the law or harm others through the service.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our content or computations, or try to rebuild the service from them.
• Interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or try to get around its limits and security.
• Enter another person's data without a reasonable basis to do so.

6. Content and intellectual property

The maps, text, computations, and design of Astra Atlas belong to RVRBN. The birth data you enter belongs to you. You give us permission to use it only to compute and deliver your results, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. No professional advice

Nothing in Astra Atlas is professional advice. Do not use it to make medical, financial, legal, or other major life decisions. If you need advice, speak with a qualified professional.

8. The service is provided as is

We work hard to keep the astronomy accurate and the service running, but we provide Astra Atlas as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RVRBN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Astra Atlas. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If we make a material change we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know. If you keep using Astra Atlas after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Astra Atlas at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Purchases you have already made remain governed by the Refund Policy.
