Astra Atlas sells digital products. Each one is a one time purchase that unlocks right away, so it is delivered to you the moment you buy it.
We want you to be glad you bought it. If something is wrong, if your report did not unlock, if the map will not load, or if it is simply not what the page led you to expect, get in touch within 14 days of your purchase and we will make it right. That may mean fixing the problem or refunding you.
Write to support@astratlas.com with the email you bought under and a short note about what went wrong. A receipt or the date helps, but is not required. We read everything and reply as quickly as we can.
This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service. Nothing here takes away rights you may have under the law where you live.
